Born and raised in New England, Marisa has always had a deep passion for movement and sport. Her athletic journey began with dance and gymnastics and evolved into softball and basketball after relocating to Arizona. While attending Northern Arizona University, her focus shifted again—this time to martial arts and bodybuilding—shaping both her discipline and appreciation for intentional training. She eventually made her way to New Mexico in 2024.
Through each phase of her journey, she has remained committed to becoming the strongest, healthiest version of herself—physically and mentally. That pursuit transformed the way she views fitness and ignited a deeper purpose: helping others build a meaningful, sustainable relationship with their bodies.
Today, she brings that passion to her work as a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Athlete, Krav Maga Instructor, and Strength & Conditioning Coach. Her approach goes beyond workouts—she focuses on education, self-awareness, and longevity. Her goal is to empower and inspire clients to move with confidence, train with intention, and practice self-love through every stage of life.
